Description of RoRIDe, Inc.'s "StoPower"tm Complete Assembly

The Lock Out - Block Out device is an assembled system, composed of a housing, made from Two (2) separate sections of Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS Resin POLYLAC [or equivalent] material, with a Metal Cylindrical Lock internally positioned, containing Two (2) precision Diameter Balls. Accompanying each assembly are Two (2) Keys, coded with an identical number as displayed upon the exposed end of the Cylindrical Locks. The Locks and Keys are numerically coded with 50 sequential numbers.

The internal locking action for an inserted Two [2] Pin (or Three [3] Pin) Power Plug is achieved by rotating the cylindrical lock (by means of the Key) which in turn displaces Two (2) internally positioned Precision Balls that poshively register into the tooling holes of the prongs of the Power Plug, thus preventing removal of the Plug.

The ABS Housings are presently manufactured in "Red" [Pantone 187] and "Pearlescent White" as Standard colors, with forthcoming colors of Orange, Black, Green and Royal Blue, identified as custom colors.

Bonding of the assemblies may be achieved by means of "Ultra Sonic Welding" or with an agent such as Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone (M.E.K.)

The raised "Personalized" printing area,  or "Blank" (no printing) area, on the housings, is achieved by means of "Exchangeable" inserts. These removable inserts are secured within the manufacturing Mold to enable Customizing for different "End-Users." Other options are Silk Screen, Pad or Laser Printing.
